For the first time, the Academy of Dairy Sciences has participated in the Quality Test held by Voronezh Standardisation and Metrology Centre.
The curds were tested for compliance with the existing regulations in terms of organoleptic parameters, fatty acid profile and label.
Apart from the Academy Dairy Sciences, a random choice of brands for the test included Vkusnoteyevo, Ivan Poddubny, Bogdasha, Mom’s Palms and Rossosh Milk Company. ‘All participating brands showed nearly equal lab test results, but as for the organoleptic parameters, the curds by the Academy of Dairy Sciences became an unrivalled leader and took the first place.
‘Our curds consist of pure protein and are produced by traditional technologies, which ensures the highest taste qualities of our product’, says Andrey Pronin, Deputy Manager of EkoNiva-APK Holding Processing Department. ‘This year, the curds by the Academy of Dairy Sciences have been awarded the first prizes at WorldFood Moscow Forum and Golden Autumn trade fair, so the parameters acclaimed by the Standardisation and Metrology Centre are another testament to our product’s highest quality.’
